Wedding terms and conditions
Petal Paramount uses the best quality blooms available. Petal Paramount will always do their best to quote on seasonal availability however in some instances certain varieties and colours may become unavailable due to weather conditions, supplier issues or poor quality and situations out of our control- substitutions in these circumstances may apply.
A 10% deposit is required to hold the date availability for you. The deposit is credited toward the final balance of your wedding flowers. Final balance payments must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. All details of the wedding/event order must be finalized at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding due to the need for notice with flower, sundries and supplier third party purchases and orders. After that time, order reductions of more than 5% will not be accepted within 30 days of the order fulfillment date. By 3 weeks prior to the wedding date no changes can be made to the final order without potential cost to the couple.
In the event exceptional circumstances occur (pandemic, war, flood, hurricane, fire) and the wedding has to be cancelled or postponed this unfortunate decision has to be made at a minimum of 3 weeks prior of the flower collection date to abide by flower wholesalers cancellation policy otherwise costs may incur. If a wedding/event is cancelled within 3 weeks of the wedding flower costs need to be paid at the cost of the couple. Leading up to the event date I will continuously update you and communicate effectively with you and the wholesalers (where the flowers are ordered from) in regards to changes to government restrictions and wholesalers cancellation policy and how these changes may affect your event. In exceptional circumstances the deposit is not refundable should you wish to cancel, and may be taken off the final balance that is refunded to your nominated bank account.
As a Petal Paramount client you are very important and I aim to protect your privacy. Any and all personal information collected by Petal Paramount will be kept strictly private and confidential. Any details collected from Petal Paramount customers is required in order to provide you a high level of customer service.
Premium dates incur higher prices due to factors that are outside my control. These dates include, but are not limited to:
2 weeks before, 2 weeks after, and including February 14th (Valentines Day) 2 weeks before, 2 weeks after, and including Mother’s Day, 2 weeks after, and including Christmas. 2 weeks before, 2 weeks after, and including New Year’s Eve.
Petal Paramount retain the right to photograph finished work which may be used in self-promotion and advertising. By paying the deposit you agree that Petal Paramount and any of the staff/freelancers Petal paramount employs for your event can post photos of the flower setup across our various social media pages. Petal Paramount and its employees will share onsite setup photos the next day following the event so the whole setup is a magical surprise for you and your guests. If there is anything you don’t want Petal Paramount to share please stipulate this before paying the deposit.
Payments are processed through our secure payment system via Stripe or direct bank transfer. No credit card information is stored by Petal Paramount.
